*Allow a little time at the end of each practice session for dedication prayers.
In accordance with Rinpoche's wishes, please make a commitment to attend the retreat in full, and cancel if you are no longer able to participate during all teaching times.
Retreat teaching will be presented live on Zoom, and will not be available as a recording or delayed broadcast.

While our volunteers try to ensure that everything goes smoothly, we appreciate your patience with any unforeseen technical glitches.
If you have problems streaming after the designated start time, please:
Close and restart the Zoom app
Restart your computer
Restart your modem or router
Move your computer closer to the router
Plug directly into an Ethernet connection
If you are having difficulty hearing, check your Zoom and computer settings first, then try using headphones.
Zoom audio settings are on the up arrow next to the mic button
Your computer audio settings are usually on the top or bottom bar
Install or update your Zoom app: Zoom’s FAQ has download instructions
As a last resort, use a Zoom phone number for audio only
